MUSEUM OF CULTURE OF KURPIE

Wayfinding system for the Muzeum Kultury Kurpiowskiej w Ostrołęce (Museum of Culture of Kurpie district in Ostrołęka).

The design includes the signage on the exhibition and description of the exhibited objects, maps and graphic elements for multimedia presentations, as well as the functional information in the whole building. All pictograms are drawn on the grid inspired by the traditional Polish cut-outs.
Every room is distinctively marked by a different ornament, that can be found in folk embroidery.
